Underwater Intake Installation in Vermillion

When winter hit Vermillion, SD, we at MD Aquatics faced a unique challenge: installing a new intake underwater amidst sheets of ice. This project required a blend of precision, expertise, and resilience, and we're proud to say we accomplished the task even when Mother Nature tried her best to chill our efforts.

Throughout the project, we tackled icy conditions head-on. Breaking through the solid ice was the first step, and it required our team to strategically cut into the surface to ensure safe and effective access to the water below.
